Country Profiles
Structure of the Country Profile

The first part of the Country profile (GENERAL sub-section) consists of an Introduction section plus a few Country indicators, common to each of the focus areas.

The second part of the Country profile (FOCUS AREA sub-section) is divided into 4 paragraphs, one per focus area, namely:

  • Child;
  • Youth;
  • Intimate Partner;
  • Elderly.

Each Focus area paragraph contains:

  • general markers of prevalence, homogeneous in all the focus areas;
  • focus area specific indicators which include markers of prevalence and risk factors more specific for each focus area;
  • prevention programmes, legislation, reporting systems and cost analysis, per each focus area;
  • general comments and/or open questions for NFPs.
