Work package n. 1: Coordination of the project

Main task of this WP is to ensure effective coordination and management of all technical scientific and administrative activities and processes.The Project Coordinator will be in charge for following:

  • Organization of all necessary meetings (A kick-off meeting, two Technical Meetings and a Final Conference are foreseen)
  • Facilitation of communication among all partners
  • Elaboration of protocols and procedures to assist partners in their assigned activities
  • Dissemination of project results
  • Elaboration of operational, administrative and financial reporting
  • Evaluation of project deliverables and financial management
  • Liason between project partners and the European Commission


Work package n. 5: Creation of a Forum

WP5 has the goal to create a forum to facilitate dialogue between national, European and International networks as well as between associations that deal with the UI condition, where the specific theme of the relationship between pregnancy, childbirth and UI can be investigated. The proposed action does not intend to replace such networks rather implement their contribution. An ad hoc website for the forum will be set up where all information relevant to the project will be uploaded. Membership in the forum intends to be as inclusive as possible and it is expected that not only a European but an International audience will be reached.
